I was looking at homes for the first time back in 2020 when I reached out to Tim. I didn't know what to expect from the process, but Tim was very patient and understanding in explaining the fundamentals of the decisions I'd be making and answering any question I had. I ended up deciding after seeing about a dozen homes and making an offer on one (going as far as home inspection) that it didn't feel like the right time and that I was going to stop looking. There was no pressure to resume the search or go see more properties. In 2023, when I felt ready to get a home, I reached out to Tim and he enthusiastically responded. We went through my wants and desires in a home, discussing what had changed or stayed the same in the passing years and starting searching again. With the same care and aim to help me land in the best home, we found a place and I happily got to closing with his help.
