Haddonfield

This borough, located in Camden County, New Jersey in the United States is a favorite amongst locals. The town of Haddonfield offers a small-town feel, just minutes from Philadelphia. Based on the statistics from the 2010 United States Census, it has a population of more than 11,500. It is known for its historic homes, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants.

Another small town in New Jersey. Collingswood is known for it’s great restaurants, shops and boutiques along Haddon Ave. It’s also a great location to commute into Philadelphia with the Collingswood Patco station running 24/7.

Audubon 

Audubon is also a borough in New Jersey. This town is nestled between Collingswood and Mt. Ephraim and has lots to do for families like visiting the parks or restaurants nearby. It is also an excellent real estate location you should look out for in 2021.

There are presently 39 homes up for sale in Audubon, and the prices range from $129.9K to $599.9K. As of April 2021, homes in Audubon went for a median listing price of $269.9K, a median sale price of $310, and a median per square foot price of $171.

Cherry Hill

Cherry Hill is said to be the 15th most populous municipality and the second-largest city in New Jersey as of the 2010 census.

As of 2021, the real estate market of Cherry Hill is a balanced one, with supply meeting up with demand. 

Haddon Heights 

In 1904, Haddon Heights was incorporated as part of the borough of New Jersey and has interestingly seen a decline in population since 2000. In 2008, it was enlisted as the 98th best place to live in New Jersey by the 2008 rankings in the United States. 

A striking thing to note about Haddon Heights is that it is a dry city where alcohol cannot be sold. This law has lead to a plethora of great BYOB restaurants in the area, especially in the downtown section.

The median listing of home prices in Haddon Heights as of April 2021 stood at $339.5K, while the median listing price per square foot was $206. The median sale price of homes in the borough is $300.5K, and it has shown a year-over-year trend of 9.6%.

Washington Township 

Washington Township is also seeing a real estate boom this year. With a year-over-year trend of 20%, the median listing price of homes here is $239.9k, while the median sale is $245K. The median listing price per square foot goes for $142.

As of April 2021, the prices of homes go for exactly the asking price; the market is a balanced one, with sales of homes starting after 60 days of being in the market.
